Why can’t I see my ARCUS Loads in Broker?
Because ARCUS and Broker are separate programs, it would have been impossible to lock Orders and Loads in Broker while being worked on in ARCUS and vice versa. To help prevent the corruption of data by multiple users updating the same Orders or Loads, we synchronize the information from ARCUS in Broker, but then add a property to make the information hidden on the Broker grids. This is done to not only ensure the integrity of the data but to also still make the data available to the reporting and accounting features of the Broker solution.
This also allows for the Load data to still be accessible by Broker’s Accounting and Reporting features.
