The issues with the CNOF and Carrier Search has been address and a new provider found and added to our system. This new provider is expected to be much more reliable with their service.
On a load that does not already have a carrier, the process works the same as before.
- From the Load Maintenance screen, under the Carrier Information block, you will select the “+” button to access the “Add New Carrier” popup screen.
- From there, you will enter a MC Number or DOT Number to search for a carrier.
- A screen showing something similar appears.
Click the image above to enlarge. - This allows you to determine if this carrier meets your qualifications to add to a Load.
On a load with a carrier, you may want to find further information about them. This process does include some new features.
- From the Load Maintenance screen, under the Carrier Information block, you will select the “i” button to access the “Carrier Information” popup screen.
Click the image above to enlarge. - This will give you the standard data you are used to seeing as well as a new feature accessible under the “FMCSA Report” button.
