Dashboard – New and Improved

The Dashboard is back and is improved – in both appearance and functionality! 

After a brief disappearance, the Dashboard is now back and centralizes all of your tasking for both Loads and Settlement tasks, and gives a listing of all of the Loads that are assigned to you.

Let’s take a look at the different areas of the new Dashboard.

Load Tasks Block – area where all of the Load Tasks assigned to you are listed.

Assigned Loads Block – area where all the Loads assigned to you are listed.

Pending Settlement Tasks Block – if you have Settlement permission, you will have access to this area where all of the Pending Settlement Tasks for your branch are located. The icons show whether the task is Open or On-Hold.

Assigned Tasks and Loads are arranged into cards (as shown in #1 & #2 above).

  1. Assigned Load Tasks – these are Load Tasks that have been assigned to you within the Load Tracking screen on the Tasks tab. Clicking on the card will take you directly to the Tasks tab on the Load Tracking screen.
  2. Assigned Loads. – these are Loads that have you assigned in the “Assigned To” field in the Load Information block of the Create/Edit Load screen. There are two icons in the card – one for Viewing the Load and one for Editing the Load. Clicking on either icon for the card will take you to the appropriate screen.

Pending Settlement Tasks

This area will only be viewable to all users who have Settlement permissions in ARCUS. These tasks are not assigned to individual users allowing all qualified users in the Branch collaborate on the Settlement process.

There are two types of Pending Settlement Types –

  1. Open Pending Task
  2. On Hold Pending Task

The two types are distinguished by the icon in front of the Task.

Clicking on the task will take you to the Settlement screen for that Load.
