Load Entry Minimum Requirements

When creating a new Load from one or more Orders, you will find that there are no fields or pieces of information that are considered required to be able to save and create the Load.

This was done because most of these pieces of information are intended to be filled out as you find a Carrier to carry the Load for you.

Once you are in the Load Entry screen, you can review the information populated by the Order information for the Orders attached to the Load, you can also add additional Orders to the Load if the Load Type on the Order is set to LTL, and you can add any additional information that you need or have for this before Saving. Once the information is complete at the time, you can click the Save button.

You can return to this screen (known as Load Maintenance after Saving it) later to continue making edits until the Load is complete and ready for Dispatch.
