Changes have been made to how you view your Load History and Settled Loads in ARCUS.
Settled Loads used to be viewed in the Load History grid of the Data Maintenance section of ARCUS. This was showing to be ineffective as many times Load numbers would need to be searched in the Load grid as well as the Load History grid in order to find Loads that may be in the process of being settled by the Accounting department. To fix this, a new toggle switch feature has been implemented on the Load grid to more easily search through the Loads, regardless of their status.
When the toggle is in the Off position, the Loads in Settled status will be hidden from view on the grid.
When the toggle is in the On position, the Loads in Settled status will be viewable on the grid.
This will allow for easier searching through Loads that may be in the process of being Settled by the Accounting department by making all Loads appear in one grid. This is due to the current Search function only having the ability to search through a particular grid and not necessarily the whole database for the branch.
