Sometimes mistakes happen and a user may accidentally mark a Load for Settlement when it is not actually ready. Usually once a Load is in the Released status, it isn’t meant to be put back into a Dispatch status, so the process is not the same as simply clicking on the status and updating the Load through a Quick Note.
