Sometimes mistakes happen and a user may accidentally mark a Load for Settlement when it is not actually ready. Usually once a Load is in the Released status, it isn’t meant to be put back into a Dispatch status, so the process is not the same as simply clicking on the status and updating the Load through a Quick Note. But, fortunately there is still a way to get it back to the correct status.
- From the Load Tracking grid, click on the Load Number for the Load needing editing.

Click the image above to enlarge. - On the “Add Check-in” pop-up window, change the status and add an appropriate note for why the change is being made.

Click the image above to enlarge. - The pop-up window will disappear and you will see a green success notification appear in the upper right corner, as well as the status title and check-ins listings have been updated.
