Within the ARCUS interface, a user will be able to have visual tracking of a load. Icons give graphical indicators of events such as stops and check-ins along the route.
The screen offers tabbed sections showing further details about the Load, Stops, Check-ins and Advances.
The use of this Load Tracking screen allows for quick easy access to information without going into the Load Maintenance screen, which is meant for editing the information and will lock the load when a user is accessing it.
How To Find the Load Tracking Screen
- From the left menu – Click on ‘Dispatch’ to extend the pop-out menu. Select ‘Loads’ from the list. This will pull up the Load Track grid.
- Locate the load that you would like to track.
- Click the down-arrow next to the Load Number. Click ‘Tracking’ from the drop down menu.
