The Comments and Restrictions about Carriers have now been carried over from the Broker system.
You will now see the addition of the Comments and Restrictions once available in Broker in ARCUS. These will be available on the Carrier Information popup window.
The Carrier Information Window
This window is accessed by clicking directly on the Carrier Name anywhere you encounter it.
Within the popup window, many other areas can be accessed for various information.
- This is the Information area that you first see. This area contains the general information about the Carrier within Jerue databases.
Click on the image above to enlarge. - This is the Restriction area that you will use to view any current Restrictions on the Carrier.

FMCSA Reports
FMCSA Reports are also accessible within this area. They can be found by clicking on the FMCSA Reports button.

Note About FreightGuard Reports
FreightGuard Reports are not available in ARCUS. Carrier411 will continue to be accessed separately if used by the branch.
