Within the Data Maintenance area is the Carrier Information grid which is where information about all of the Carriers registered in Jerue’s Databases is held.
The grid has many common page elements from other pages, such as the Search Box, Pagination controls, Refresh button, etc. The grid columns also share commonalities with the other grids in ARCUS in that you are able to sort and filter them to help find the data that is needed.
Clicking on the Carrier Names or the Branch Contacts links will cause popup windows with appropriate information.
Carrier Information Popup Window
When you click on the Carrier Name, the Carrier Information popup window will appear. There are several areas on this window that provide needed information about each Carrier. There are 3 tabs along the top – Information, Restrictions and Comments. These tabs provide information regarding the Carrier that is in the current database. If a tab does not have information available, then the tab will be dim and non-selectable.
The Flagged Carrier Alerts section will appear when an alert is in the database regarding that Carrier’s status. These alerts may be DO NOT LOAD, Insurance Expired, Cancelled Insurance, Under Insured and Provider Not Approved. These are alerts that are added by the Compliance Department. All restrictions or alerts need to be cleared by the Compliance Department, and under certain conditions, the Carrier will not be able to be added to a Load until he has fulfilled the requirements provided by the Compliance Department for that purpose.
The FMCSA Report button will produce another popup window with information supplied by Saferwatch.
Branch Contacts Popup Window
The Branch Contacts popup window will appear when you click on the Branch Contacts link from the grid. These contacts are branch specific and can only be viewed by the users within your branch.
